Thrones of State, Hillsborough Castle

The onsite upholstery conservation and covering of the Hillsborough Castle, Throne's of State. All the original horsehair upholstery was conserved and covered with a new silk/cotton velvet. The 20th century braids were then painstakingly reinstated by carefully hand stitching along both edges.
